Standard Delivery Charges

• We use Royal Mail First Class post for all our small parcel deliveries and Hermes for large orders.
• Our mats are securely packed in cardboard-backed envelopes for added protection.
• We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day.
• We will notify you by email when the goods have been dispatched.

Postage and Packing for A4 mats is £2.90 (First Class), for orders up to £25 within the UK.

Postage and Packing for A3 mats is £3.95 (First Class), for orders up to £25 within the UK.

Postage and Packing is FREE for all orders over £25 going to a single address within the UK.

P&P charges will be added automatically when you check out.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If any of your order is faulty then please contact us at sales@elmats.co.uk within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge or arrange a full refund once the item is returned.

We recommend you obtain a free Proof of Postage certificate from your Post Office when returning goods, as you will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. 

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us at sales@elmats.co.uk as soon as possible. If we have already sent out your order then you will need to return the goods in their original undamaged packaging. Under these circumstances we will refund your account, less P&P.
